Meet Your Coach

“My purpose is to help others reach full potential by developing their Health & Wellness each day. I believe this daily dedication provides us all with the clarity & discipline to live a more productive & fulfilled life.

I’ve been active since I was a kid, playing competitive football in Illinois for 12 years along with basketball, track & field, weightlifting and more.

This passion for activity ultimately led me to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I continued my education of Health & Wellness with a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Health Sciences in Kinesiology.

After graduating in May of 2019, I began Personal Training at one of Chicago’s largest fitness clubs with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This certification allows me to train clients privately, but I believe there is much more to be learned relating to personal development, human movement & sports performance. We should always be growing.

Now, in 2021 I am a Certified GOATA Coach from GLS Training Powered By GOATA located in St, Marrero, Louisiana.

GOATA & GLS Training focuses on saving the world’s connective tissue by improving human locomotion, reducing pain, preventing injuries & increasing performance. Their movement systems are the foundation of my exercise programs, allowing clients to see & feel how we are naturally designed to move as members of the animal kingdom.

The key to GOATA movement is the slow-motion video assessment & ongoing analysis that allows both myself and my clients to observe progress & development of durability, fluidity & explosiveness on a consistent basis.

To better take care of others, we must first take care of ourselves. I apply these values & training to my own life so that I can better serve & help you. I intend to be a positive force for change. Physically, mentally, spiritually & emotionally.

One person’s success does not mean another one’s failure. We can all be healthy & we can do it together. That’s the motto.

We All Win Together.”
